This is a very dark deck,but is one of my favorites,particularly for helping me develop plots for my fictional works. These cards speak to me loudly and clearly,and pull no punches. Nevertheless,I would be hesitant to use them in readings for someone I didn’t know real well.
As an aside,I frequently use this deck to overcome writer’s block. I just ask it:Tell me about what should happen to such-and-such,and it inevitably helps me overcome my writer’s block. Incidentally,the images are way larger than they display,so if you want a closer look,just right-click,download them,and view them in your favorite graphics program.
I should also note that,in this deck,it’s the Minor Arcana that are really unique;the majors are nice,but for the most part are not real departures from the norm.
