Seven of Wheels

A man examines a wagon wheel. He seems to be gathering a number of them and either placing them in a flatcar,or taking them from where they were originally piled in the car. Behind him is a stone wall, and beyond that we can see an industrial scene. There is a definite separation between the country life of the Gypsy and the dirt and grime of the industrial life. Is it significant that the man has turned his back toward the dirt and grime of industry? Respite, growth after hard work, business, barter, possible delay.
